Park Science is a National Geographic series which highlights the science behind the nature all around us.
I captured film photography of natural scenery relevant to the selected articles to add visual interest and a nostalgic style to the publication.
The photography provides balance to the academic text throughout the publication, and the stylized serif display type incorporated with the surroundings of the photo for compelling cover images.

Display full-length natural sciences-themed academic articles in a visually engaging publication design.
I chose to design the booklet in a pocket-sized format to be taken on the go when visiting the accompanying National Parks featured in the publication.
